Are masks and social distancing enforced?

Yes, and we take both seriously. Masks are required to enter both our sales and service facilities unless the individual has an underlying condition where they cannot wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. Everyone here is maintaining at least 6-feet of social distancing at all times as well.

How are you keeping your facilities clean and safe?

We have hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the dealership, including at entrance points. There are also plexiglass barriers between personnel and customers if confined in a small area such as service counters and offices. All our high-touch facilities are cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily, and we have multiple professional cleanings done inside our facilities with more regularity.

Can I buy my new or used car online?

We have many online tools you can use right from home to buy your next new or used vehicle. You can browse our current selection of vehicles, and also get pre-qualified for financing, apply online for financing, and value your trade directly from our website to save time at the dealership using Franklin Sussex Hyundai Fast Pass.

Can I still test drive cars and SUVs?

Yes. We take all the right precautions including wearing masks and making sure all vehicles are wiped down and disinfected before you go out for a test drive.

How are you keeping my serviced vehicle or new vehicle purchase clean?

We are using the DrivePur Purification System. This kills all germs, viruses and bacteria inside a vehicle and keeps your vehicle safe up to 6 months after your initial purchase. We are also wiping down any areas touched throughout the course of service on your vehicle.

What services are you offering?

Our service center is fully open for routine repairs, factory-scheduled maintenance and any other vehicle issues you may be having, and you can make an appointment online or by calling.

Can I still buy parts?
