Hyundai Assurance Adds Job Loss Protection in Response to COVID-19

As everyone is aware, the global pandemic surrounding COVID-19, or the Coronavirus as it is known has caused a lot of uncertainty as we all face social distancing and self-quarantine to help limit the number of cases not only in Sussex and Port Jervis, but around the country. This potentially could mean job loss for some, and if you're a Hyundai owner who has payments on your vehicle, Hyundai Assurance is stepping up to give you peace of mind.

The automaker has reinstated its job loss assurance as part of Hyundai Assurance, and will make up to six months of payments for those who have lost their jobs, and purchased or leased their vehicle between March 14, 2020 and April 30, 2020. This is to give folks who are looking to buy or lease a new vehicle confidence knowing that they don't need to put off the purchase because it might be a risk for them, because Hyundai will have their back in case there is a situation where involuntary job loss occurs. On selected models such as the Kona, Santa Fe, Tucson, Elantra GT, Venue and Accent drivers can also defer payments for 90 days if they are financed through Hyundai Capital.

This new job loss assurance is added to the Hyundai Assurance plan which already includes complimentary maintenance for the first three years or 36,000 miles as well as America's Best Warranty with a 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty which covers your engine and transmission.
